Before you can have Posion Ivy Supercharge a piece of gear you must complete the main storyline and complete all 4 of Poision Ivy's Side missions. (The fourth becomes available only after the main storyline.)
After completing her last mission you will unlock the Super Charged Affliction. Fast travel to the Halls of Justice and visit with Posion Ivy and select Supercharge then choose a piece of gear to unlock the achievement.

In a similar way to Grand Experiment 
, you will have to progress through the story far enough to have met Poison Ivy and have her join your team as a support member. When you do, you will then need to complete all four of her Support Missions (see Winged Vengeance ). Once you have done that, you will be able to go back to the Hall of Justice and speak with her, and get her to Supercharge the Affliction on a piece of gear. This trophy will then unlock.
