How to unlock the COULDN'T CARE LESS achievement in Summer Athletics 2009 - Definitive Guide
From the main menu select, Single player > Archery > 70m Compound (this is my preference I do believe you are able to obtain this achievement in either difficulty however I found that you was given more time to aim in the 70m). Remember to set the Game Mode to pure before starting.
First of all let me start by explaining the mechanics of 70m compound Archery.
To begin your shot press and hold the RT, with the RT still held use the left thumb stick to take aim. The crosshair will never remain completely steady always take your time lining up your shots. Remember to compensate for wind speed which is indicated by the bar to left of the crosshair, the more the bar is filled with blue the faster the the wind and also wind direction which is indicated by the blue 'arrow' directly either side of the crosshair. Obviously the faster the wind to left the more to the right of the bullseye you will need to aim. I found that at maximum wind speed I had to aim at the inner red ring to hit bullseye.
Scoring
Outer white ring = 1
Inner white ring = 2
Outer black = 3
Inner black = 4
Outer blue = 5
Inner blue = 6
Outer red = 7
Inner red = 8
Outer yellow = 9
Inner yellow 'Bullseye' = 10
Now you need to score a minimum of 76 points with your first 8 arrows (an average of 9.5 per shot!) then hit scoreboard on the beneath the target.
This may sound quite daunting at first but seriously after a few goes you quickly get to grips with the wind and how much to compensate for it and will have this achievement in no time. Unfortunately I have not found any quick fix for this achievement other than be patient and hope for the low wind.
You will need a minimum of 56 points from the fist two rounds to make the achievement possible if you have scored less than this hit pause and restart the event. My round scores when I finally unlocked this where 28, 28, 20.
Good luck.

You need to have at least 76 going into your last shot then just aim at the score board below the target.
Choose 70m Compound for this. You have much more time to get your shot lined up. Hopefully you will have less wind to deal with and get lucky. If you have more than 75 after your 8th shot, aim low at the score board and hit it. Can be unlocked in any single player game type (not arcade).
