Go to Competition -> Free Cup
Select these:
Sprint 100m
Discus Throw
High Jump
Archery 70m Compound
Swimming 100m Backstroke
Cycling Team Sprint
Then hit continue. Put difficulty to easy and then play through it. You don't have to win every sport, just be number 1 overall in points.
Edit: I'm not sure if it matters, but add a Diving-sport to the list to make sure the achievement pops.

Did all the events you said excluding diving and didn't unlock so am trying again with diving.

i did this plus diving n nothing,so i think you need skeet also (all 8 single player options)

In competitions, the last event is custom competition. Create a tournement with one event from the following disciplines:
- Sprint
- Middle Distance
- Throwing
- Jumping
- Archery
- Swimming
- Diving
- Cycling
- Shooting
Set the difficulty to easy and win the competition.
