At the start of each skeet round, you can press up on the D-Pad to start before the countdown ends. Simply do this each time until the end of the competition and there you have it the achievement should pop.

When in any skeet event, make sure you press 
to "Pull" every skeet. At the end of the event, this will unlock. Can be unlocked in any single player game mode.
