You should get this while playing all the competitions on Easy difficulty. As the AI are so poor, you only need average jumps to win golds. For the high jump and pole vault, just select a height maybe 20-30cm above the starting and you should get gold. For long and triple jump, just make sure you have a steady run up and don't foul. If you don't have them after doing the competitions, go into the individual events. Unfortunately there is no way to check which events you have or do not have gold on.
