How to unlock the PERFECT TIMING achievement in Summer Athletics 2009 - Definitive Guide

To unlock this achievement you must achieve "Perfect Timing" on each of the throwing events. This means that before you go to throw each in individual event you must try and leave the blue portion of the circle to get as low as possible. It's a simple one, and shouldn't take you too long. I got this during the Berlin World Cup mode.

Throwing Events: Javlin, Discus, Shot Putt

In all throwing events, release LT just before the blue power indicator disappears. You will play through each throwing event multiple times, so this should come pretty easily. If you have trouble, load up the individual events to practice.
