Go to Single Event, Jumping then Triple Jump. Make sure game mode is on pure and then wait for the game to load. When running start of slowly and then when the character starts to run sprint. I got this by getting about a 97 sprint, 2 great's and a perfect for posture and take off so their seem's to be a quite a bit of leniency

This will require a perfect run up to get the pace to clear the distance. You will need perfect stats if playing in your career. It seems easier to watch your characters feet than watch the progress bar. Hit everything perfectly and this will unlock. Can be unlocked in any single player game mode.
