How to unlock the PERFECTIONIST IV achievement in Summer Athletics 2009 - Definitive Guide

I had to do this at 2.41M to get it to unlock. I did it multiple times at 2.40M and did not get it. Also I did in pure mode on a clean save and cleared my cache.

Go into single event and high jump. Set the height at 2.40m, and attempt this. If you don't make it on your third attempt, just restart. You will need to hit every step perfect, so you will need to get your timing perfect. This will take a few goes to get right, but essentially you need to hit just after the circle drops in the reticule. Can be unlocked in any single player game mode.
