This is a strange game as it is much more difficult to earn a bronze medal than a gold. So you probably will have the golds and not the bronze and silvers.
The quickest way is to choose sprint 100 m at easy difficulty and intentionally run for the 3rd or 2nd place (it depends on what medals you are missing). When you finish the event press rerty and with no load screen race again. You will get your medals very quick as every race last about 10-12 seconds
