Summer Athletics 2009

There are times that the potential score for a skill is 99 and you already have 99 points in this skill. Well as it happened at the previous game you can input skill points at this skill and see it turn to 100 without it having the potential.
I warn you that if you spend the points this way you can't take them back and that probably you will need to do this "trick" more than 2 or 3 times on a 99 skill. So spend your skill points this way only if you don't need them for another skill
I maxed every skill this way.
