Do this on the 4x100m Swimming Relay. Pretty self-explanatory.
Perform 3 Perfect Turns this will be done during each of the different stroke types. At the 50m mark during the turn you must achieve around 85-100 3 times to get the 3 perfect turns.

Select either 200m Butterfly or 4x100 medley. You need to perform 3 perfect turns, which is stopping between 90-100. Do this three times in one race for this one. This is easier in single event as you can just restart if you mess up. Can be unlocked in any single player game mode.
