How to unlock the READY FOR TAKE-OFF achievement in Summer Athletics - Definitive Guide

To get this achievement they are going to want you to perform a perfect take-off.
There are three steps to Pole Vaulting. The first is when you run up to the pole (jamming the right stick left and right), when you place your pole down and take off (left trigger), and your posture (rotate right stick).
As you run you are going to fill up a large meter, which is going to be your large blue meter in the step below...
The area of perfection to unlock this achievement is during the pole placement and the take off. As you get close the the yellow line a small meter shows up where you have to press and hold the left trigger that is when you place your pole.
After your pole is placed your take off is next, this is where the achievement is unlocked, is a larger blue meter and that is going to fill up, just release the left trigger button as this meter is full and you will get a perfect take-off. You need to fill it up at least 90% or higher to get a perfect.
Achievement unlocked! It's not as hard as it sounds when you do it a few times and get used to pole vaulting.

Select pole vault event and when your run bar is getting full a white bar will appear slightly to the left of the run bar, hit 
as soon as you see this white bar and hold. Hold until the bar from the bottom of the screen goes up and let go as it lands at the top of your power gauge.
