A perfect entry is achieved when both the left and right analog sticks are exactly centered or close to center as possible. During the dive, when both stick appear far from each other, try to move both of them slowly to the center if you get this right, you'll get a notice that the dive has no splash and the achievement will unlock.

On the third section of any dive, there will be the

on screen which you have to guide into the centre. The best way to do this is slowly push the left and right analogue sick together. The slower the easier it is to control.
