To unlock this achievement you must perform a perfect turn in a swimming event, as the achievement states.
You will see a meter appear just as you reach the first wall. To perform a perfect turn you will have to press the Right Trigger button while the meter is full.
You do not have to score a perfect 100 to unlock the achievement 90-100 will do.
