You must defeat all nine mini bosses!
There are three mini bosses per region and are always in the same room. If you enter a room and a skull type emblem pops up on the map it means you've found one!
Depending on what difficulty you're playing on you may have to skip some until you get stronger, some of them can hit pretty hard! They will always be there until you kill them. Once they are dead they do not respawn.
