Day 3.
As you play through the day, Kathy will have her fainting spell and you'll end up in a different coffee shop talking to Alvin after a loading screen of your car. This collectible is a coffee cup and it's WELL hidden behind Alvin's left shoulder (left from your perspective).
Just keep clicking his shoulder area until the game gives you the achievement.
Additional information from Sangriaz if you're not finding it:
"This is one possible location. Another is in your room at the beginning of chapter 4. There may be more possible locations but I have not found more. Other items also work similarly and have 2 or more possible places that it can spawn. Also, it does not always spawn and you may need more than 1 playthrough to find them all."

You know I was testing this on a dummy account and I could have sworn some of the coffee pots were spawning in different places but I was so frustrated after doing 10+ playthroughs I wasn't paying the best attention. What a strange game.
