Can't miss final boss fight. Giant Lobster like monster. Find Bryllcream, let him throw you and aim for the boss's mouth, may take more than once as the monster spits fireballs at you. Once in the mouth, hit b repeatedly. You will be spit out. Then, you have to attack two tentacles while OD attack you. I found the TNT Teddy Bear to be the most helpful.
After you kill the tentacles, return to Bryllcream and get thrown back into the mouth of the monster. Once inside, press b repeatedly and he will spit you out again. After that you have to blow up tentacles again, use TNT Teddy Bear. Repeat the scenario with Bryllcream. Then you have to defeat four tentacles, each tentacle will move position after taking a certain amount of damage (but not too far). After you destroy the four tentacles return to Bryllcream to be fired at the monster for the last time. The achievement should pop once the monster is down.

This achievement is unlocked upon completing the final mission, 'Karma' and thus the story. You will need to defeat the boss at the end of the mission. It is largely similar to previous bosses in that there is a pattern to follow. As the fight begins you will be told to find Bryllcream, so do this and when you arrive he will throw you at the DL-sea monster. Aim for it's mouth and when inside mash 
to melee it.
It will eventually spit you out and you must then destroy two of its tentacles. Just use an automatic weapon, I found the AK-FU worked the best. After destroying both of the tentacles, you'll need to find Bryllcream again and have him throw you at the sea monsters mouth, so repeat the process of mashing when you're inside it's mouth until it spit's you out again.
After this, the monster will submerge and you'll need to destroy four of it's tentacles, just use the same weapons as before. Once you destroy over half of each tentacles health, it too will submerge then resurface somewhere else, so just follow them and destroy them.
After destroying the four tentacles you'll need to find Bryllcream for one final time, he is near the top of the Rig, and he will throw you again at the monsters mouth. This is the killing blow and a cut-scene will play as the mission is now complete.
