Head -> Body Art -> Day of the Dead (Las Catrinas)
Tops -> Gloves -> Bucky Gloves (Bucky)
Bottoms -> Bottoms -> Fargarthian Armored Pants (Fargarthian)
Tops -> Outerwear -> Troop Member Vest (Troop Bushido)
Tops -> Tops -> Polo Shirt (Oxfords)

You get faction-specific clothes from doing side missions given from the factions. The example he gave is just one of the possible combinations.

Possibly glitchy for an early unlock? This unlocked for me yesterday but I don't think I've met any group called Las Catrina's yet... are their clothes available for purchase before encountering them?

Pretty sure all the clothing mentioned is awarded from the main story missions. All of these were available for me after beating the game despite never doing any side missions.

Don't know if the unlock was delayed or not, but these clothes didn't work for me. The ones in the other solution did.

I'm not convinced that it has to be at the same time. I wore the polo shirt (oxfords), then later I wore the elf ears (Fargarthian) and finally after unlocking the Day of the Dead face paint I put on the Troop vest (bushido) and the the achievement unlocked as soon as I selected the Day of the Dead (Las Catrinas), and I didn't have the other faction items on.

Oxfords faction - Tops:- Outerwear:- Oxford Backpack
Troop Bushido faction - Tops:- Tops:- Troop Shirt
Fargarthian faction - Bottoms:- Bottoms:- Fargarthian Armored Pants

I put on these items and the achievement popped for me. :)

You will encounter the four different factions as you play the game and will unlock certain pieces of their respective clothing by completing missions for them. This achievement will only be unlock-able later on in the game as you have made contact with the final, most deadly of factions, 'Las Catrinas.'

There are multiple pieces of clothing available from these factions and any will do, but just as a reference you should equip;

  • Oxfords faction - Tops:- Outerwear:- Oxford Backpack
  • Troop Bushido faction - Tops:- Tops:- Troop Shirt
  • Fargarthian faction - Bottoms:- Bottoms:- Fargarthian Armored Pants
  • Las Catrinas faction - Head:- Body Art:- Muertos

You can wear everything at once. There are 5 of them in total.

1. Head - Body Art - "Day of the Dead" (get it near the end, after the appearance of the last faction "Las Catrinas")
2. Legs - Legs - "Fargarthian armored pants"
3. Torso - Shirts - "Army Shirt"
4. Torso - Outerwear - "Oxford backpack"
5. Torso - Gloves - "Baki's Gloves"

This is not the only combination of things, you can combine them in any way you like, from sets of clothes from all 5 factions.

PS Or you can buy the “Don’t Freeze” outfit (I got credit after buying this outfit, but that’s not certain).
