The achievement description for

The Worst Job in the Kingdom achievement in Sunset Overdrive worth 4 pointsReplay the Floating Garbage mission and complete it under par.

is deceiving and that appears to be the whole April Fools joke they played.

You don't need to get 50k points, you only need to be the missions par time which is 15 minutes. Without even realizing that's what I was going for, I beat it in 13 minutes. So just play through and kill everything like you normally would and you should have no trouble nabbing both of these achievements.

ScottFromDerby the fact that it's a title update also help, you often see DLC being a bit higher than the Base game mostly because not all will go back & play it if they already beat the game but also something with how the TA points for DLC are calculated or so I've been told

This is the correct unlocking method. I played the mission trying to get points and was about to throw my controller at the tv because I finished with 49686 points. It didn't matter because I did it in less than 14 minutes and got the cheevo. The 50k points are NOT needed.

I did in my first try, is really easy. The secret is use the Hair Spray Bomb on level 5 with Second Amendment amp to defend the boat. Just shoot on enemies while jumping for the sides to catch the garbage for boat and destroy the bridge controllers as fast as possible.

if a game is on GWG/Game Pass, lots of people are tempted to start it and get one or two achievements, which means end-of-game achievements like this one get their TrueAchievement value inflated (because they're more likely to play a little than to complete the game)

Neither of those games have an END date...plenty of games have date specific achvs, and sometimes servers close. I don't see how a TU could have achvs that you could only get on one day. Challenges, yes...achvs, no.
