Fizzie Balloons are little Fizzie mascots that are usually floating in a high spot. They are pretty easy to get usually, but sometimes require a bit of skill bouncing and grinding and air dashing to get to them. You simply need to touch them with your body to obtain them.

Now, the game does a pretty good job of providing you with collectibles maps. They are easily purchasable with Overcharge, but I like saving my charge for better weapons. So I went and searched online for an awesome map of all the Fizzie Balloons.

But if you still want an in game map for convenience, and don't mind wasting overcharge / have too much of it, you can go to Two Hat Jack, found in any hide out and other locations in the city.

To purchase your own maps, all you have to do is hold

on Two Hat Jack, hit

twice, press

, and scroll through the list of maps for each and every collectible.

Is this the crane that you use in the mission to crush those OD?

There is an small awning along the side of the tracks below the balloon. It is facing towards the crane. You can jump on this to get the height and then air dash over.

There's a balloon I can't get. It's located on top of a crane at middle-north of old industry district, in a construction yard, which you must defend against waves of scabs in a side-quest(related to something about drug cooking--BB?).
I tried jumping on the vent on side of the crane but can't get to the top

Any guide?

I just got the fizzie balloon on the crane in Old Factory. There is a 2nd crane right in the middle of the Jerb Construction area with a roof behind it. Bounce on the vent on the roof, onto the other crane, land on it. Grind along the edge, jump off onto the end of the Fizzie Crane, grind along and jump around the pointy bit to grab fizzie.

The one balloon hard to get for me is the one in the Downtown fast travel area. It's up in the air between the 2 large buildings (one building with the chinese garden on the roof)

I only need this one! Can't get it....

Ohhh, the one building is larger than the other right? You need to wall run on the larger building, and at spots there will be jumping spots where you can jump while wall running, land on a little balcony and then start wall running from that higher spot, and carry on. Get all the way to the top, jump towards the collectible, and press RB in the air to dash forward. You need to have precision.

The one up between the 2 big buildings in Downtown, grind on top of the the Chinese garden building on the roof then air dash, got it first time!

I cant get the one in the Downtown district that seems to be right on top of the downtown base. I can't find it any help?

@ ItsDaFurg, that 1 is at the very top of the Downtown Base slightly hidden in a tree. You can easily bounce on one of the fans to grab it when you get up there.

The one above the corner of the crane track at the shipping yard fast travel point was the toughest for me. I kept trying to boost myself from the surroundings before I realized you could do the move where you jump+ground pound then immediately jump to launch yourself into the air. This could help in other positions as well

There are no fizzies left on the map but my tracker says I am short one fizzie. This is frustrating.

There is one balloon, that is making a mockery of me! Funny, I got a lot during Campaign/Quests and just generally messing around. Then I bought the maps. But a balloon down in the Shipyard's (close to the fast travel, crane and some giant Hamburger floaty) makes completing this challenge difficult.

I tried the glider challenges in case I got close. No luck. I was trying to remember if there's a shipyard quest where the crane gets turned. I've also tried every combo of dive bomb, jump and dash I could think of. 3 hours and I'm stumped.

You can buy multiple maps with the locations of these Fizzie Balloons from Two Hat Jack.

These will usually be floating above bouncing structures and you just need to bounce into them to collect them. Buy the maps and collect all 150 and the achievement is yours.
