I accomplished this by replaying the mission Bora Bora Water. There is a generous par time of about 10 minutes and I accomplished it in 8 minutes while actually messing it up quite a lot. If you can't do it the first time you are sure to accomplish it the second.

This achievement stacks with the achievement "Not the Boss of Me." (Replay the final mission)
If you want to save time, simply replay the final mission, "This Ends Here," after you have completed the story. The par time is also extremely generous.

I did this way. The time needed from final mission is very generous. Very easy. I did on my first try.

For this achievement you will first need to have completed a mission or two in the campaign, or a side mission. Once you have you can select it from your log in the pause menu (
).
An easy and early mission to attempt this on is 'One Man's Trash'. You need to collect 10 VAT parts for Floyd, so as soon as the mission starts get straight to the first overturned van, quickly collect the first five parts and move on to the next van for the second five and then head straight back to Floyd to turn it in. Ignore the enemies and just run from objective to objective, it doesn't matter what your overall score is, only that you complete the mission quicker than the set par time.
The par time for this mission is 4:00 and i managed it in 2:36 so there's plenty of time to spare. You can only see the par time of a mission after you have completed a replay of the mission.
