This is a quest (mission!) given to you by King Ignatius named "The most Epic Quest for EXP". You need to do a whole bunch of random quests which culminate in you deploying traps to defend your position against attacking goblins (ODd) and then some Fizzco Bots.
I deployed one trap by each bridge and threw some deployed weapons out like the acid sprinkler and turret copters. You'll need at least one 'heavy weapon' to take down some of the larger enemies. Especially the "Warlock" who is just a bad-ass Fizzco Bot.
But it's pretty easy. At the end you hear that welcoming "bloop" :)

You can access this mission after completing the main story missions for the Fargarthians. Its pretty straightforward but here is a video in case you get stuck :)

This achievement is unlocked by completing a long-winded side mission for the Fargarthians called 'The Most Epic Quest for EXP.' You will be tasked with performing certain RPG related tasks and upon completing each one you will gain a level or two. Don't worry though as you don't need to do 99 levels worth of tasks, you will jump from about level nine to level 99 after completing your final task.
