I did the mission and have done a few missions after aswell and it hasnt popped

This happened to me too, After doing everything else I just went in and replayed the mission from the mission menu and it popped.

First mission of this DLC, Surfing to the Robot Factory, go to the purple marker on the map to start it

Pretty much just go to a couple of places and the jump on a container and ride it, stopping to kill things along the way a couple of times
