All of these missions entail going around getting comics as he marks them on your map, and then bringing them back to the comic shop.
I believe you must complete a few story missions for these to become available, but they are in the first district of the game (leftmost 'island').

This achievement is unlocked by completing a series of three side missions for a comic book collector that you will find. You just need to go to each way point on the map to find each of the comics then bring them all back to him. They are;
