Sunset Overdrive

You need to find 20 binoculars scattered all around the Sunset City. When you are close to one, you need to press Y to use them. If you do that at least once you will be able to buy collectibles map from the Two Hat Jack. Prices: Old Factory - 2500, Little Tokyo - 5000, Harbor - 7500, Downtown - 10 000. Below you can see two locations (binoculars symbol).

Sight Seeing locations are spread all over the city, and they are pretty hard to find. They are indicated on the map with a binoculars sign if you have bought the collectibles map, and if you have not, they will only be seen in the playable screen as a mounted telescope. You just need to approach one and press to "Use Binoculars" to get it to count as found.

Now, the game does a pretty good job of providing you with collectibles maps. They are easily purchasable with Overcharge, but I like saving my charge for better weapons. So I went and searched online for an awesome map of all the Sight Seeing Locations.

But if you still want an in game map for convenience, and don't mind wasting overcharge / have too much of it, you can go to Two Hat Jack, found in any hide out and other locations in the city.

To purchase your own maps, all you have to do is hold on Two Hat Jack, hit or
twice, press , and scroll through the list of maps for each and every collectible.

This can be obtained by using all the binoculars around Sunset City, better to get a bit into the story once you have unlocked moves to help you traverse easier.
