This achievement is unlocked after completing the mission protect the ship. Easy 20 GS :)

Mission six of the DLC, Protect the Ship
Starts off where you need to get to the ship and throw bombs overboard, they are in some of the OC crates knocking around the deck
After that you jump back to the rig and take out their canons, with Bryllcream launching you a few times to speed things up.
After that it's a standard escort/protect quest - stand on the boat and shoot things.
Finally attach the harpoons when instructed
