This trophy is potentially buggy, but you literally need to knock down everything in a single level.
This cannot be done on Level 1, since there are elements after the finish line that you can't reach. You'll need to do this on a circuit - I tried on Level 2 a few times, with no luck..
The developers themselves suggest Level 8 (link), ensuring that you hit every bush, barrier, barrel, and log pile. I unlocked this on my second attempt. Level 12 has also been suggested as a good one to try if you're struggling.
