Use the jetpack and if you've finished the game the laser gun or the pistol.
Dodge most of its attacks, wait for the spitting of drops and shoot the drops. Another chance is when it jumps over you, shoot the drops, not the fish.
Make sure to use the jetpack to jump up to the left when the fish goes from right to left.
