Unlock all of the other trophies to get this one but here are some general tips:

Make sure to disable "Extended Air Dash Buffering": As soon as you're out of the Tutorial area and into "The Initial Entry", go: => Options => Game, then make sure "Extended Air Dash Buffering' isn’t activated. It isn't exactly necessary early on but it does affect gameplay quite a bit and for the latter parts of the game, you don’t want to find yourself having to figure out the controls again.

Learn to utilize both wall climbing/running and air dashing into a wall: The game will often remind you that air dashing into a wall before wall climbing/running is inefficient and while that is somewhat true energy wise, you also go about half as fast when boosting during the climbing/running animation. It's a great idea to become familiar with both actions and consider them when figuring out how to progress.

Boost Jumping: Possibly the most useful thing to use in the entire game and most advanced techniques use this feature. You basically boost with then immediately jump with . This makes ascending slippery sections about 1/10 as hard, and can help skipping otherwise very difficult sections. By disabling "Extended Air Dash Buffering", you can use an advanced version of this to travel so far with a single jump it almost breaks the game but don’t bother with the advanced techniques for now as the Boost Jump is already enough at the moment.

Use both your left index and middle fingers on and : This might be awkward to some players but it opens up a world of possibilities when wall climbing/running. Essentially, holding while wall climbing/running allows you to hold onto the wall. If you release , you will jump but if you press , you will activate the boost from where you were and save up on energy/live on instead of jumping to your death. You can also use to slide down the panel you are holding on to, which is also very useful but you should use both and when holding onto a wall.

Use both your right index and middle fingers on and : Not as useful as the other one but with the regular gun, it allows you to kill almost every turret in one charger as opposed to 2 chargers with . You can spam both alternately by doing a trilling motion and be twice as menacing with your gun.
