The 'Elm' corridor consists of 2 levels - "Beyond the Walls" and "Reflection".
Reflection is revealed upon exiting Beyond the Walls.
Finishing these two levels will reveal the Maple and Ash corridors/wings.
You simply need to reach the green exit checkpoint and exit the level to the hub, you do not need to 100% the levels for this achievement.
In "Reflection" the red areas will sap your yellow fuel completely, you must rely on barebone jumps so time your jumps to hit later past the yellow marker lines. The purple areas will sap most of your fuel, but leave you a small amount. For the wall to wall part, use quick bursts with
to stay high on the wall and use 
to jump from wall to wall. Don't jump with between walls or air dash with while in the air, as this will use too much fuel.
