Starting from a brand new story and obtaining your gun, don't fire it until you have beaten a wing and entered one of the ending doors and this trophy has popped. I highly suggest you beat the “Oak” wing, as it is the easiest to beat without the gun.

If you accidentally fire the gun with either or , then either start a new story or restore a previously backed up save from the PS Plus Cloud or a USB Drive.
