Unlike most achievements on this game, this one doesn't seem to have a working tracker.
Anyways, you will pick up most small fruit simply by breaking small crates throughout the levels.
At one point, you will destroy a food cart and see your first large fruit, a watermelon.
Once you reach Restaurant stage 1, you will eventually get to a point in the level where you have to jump up a series of wooden ramps while barrels come rolling down at you. Just past this point, right before the checkpoint, you will see a small opening on the right that kind of looks like a wall, but you can pass through.
This will lead you to a secret area with many colorful bricks. Start breaking the bricks and they will have fruit inside. Many of which you haven't encountered before. If you managed to pick up all other variety of fruit up to this point, you should unlock the achievement in this room.
