You will eventually be able to purchase the Flaming Uppercut attack in the store for 4,000 coins.
Once you purchase it, you can use it battle by pressing forward, up,
. Since the game doesn't handle the fluidity of the special moves very well, you will probably want to use the D-pad and press each direction independently as opposed to rolling forward to up as you would in a fighting game.
Once you have it figured out, just start spamming it against enemies. I honestly never used the move again after I got the achievement, as I don't find it very useful.
