First, you'll need to use this code on the title screen:

40 Lives (Starts you with 40 lives)
Left,Left,Right,Right,Up,Down,Down,Up,Down RB,RB,RB (Lock,Lock,Lock)


You'll know it worked if you hear a chime after inputting the code correctly.

Now... it seems the key to this is playing the game twice in a row, on the same difficulty, using the same save slot file. There are 7 save slots. Pick one slot to create a file using New Game, and just play the game twice using that same slot. The achievement will pop after the end credits.

I did try using the stage select code, but that didn't work; it may be since I used 2 different save slots each time instead of using the same one over and over again, though I am not sure.

Here's the stage select code, in case you wish to try it for yourself (at the title screen):

X,RB,RB,Y,Up,Right,Down,Left,Up,Right,Down,Left


Use [cn_Right] after inputting the code to go all the way to Level 7 (the final stage). If this works, please let me know so I may update this Solution.

There is also a code you can use in the pause menu to be able to pick which special weapon you wish to use at any given time, but I never used it on my playthrough for this achievement as a precaution. If you wish to us it in your playthrough to see if it will not affect the achievement, here you go:

Pause the game. Press Right,RB,Left,RB,Up,X,Up,X,Y
