The quickest and easiest way to get this achievement is to first activate cheat codes :
Enter at the title screen :
40 Lives (Starts you with 40 lives)
Left,Left,Right,Right,Up,Down,Down,Up,Down RB,RB,RB (Lock,Lock,Lock)
Level Select (Choose your starting level)
X,RB,RB,Y,Up,Right,Down,Left,Up,Right,Down,Left
Enter during the Game in the Pause Menu (Push Start during Gameplay)
Weapon Select (Lets you choose any weapon)
Right,RB,Left,RB,Up,X,Up,X,Y
When prompted which level start on Level 2 , then choose Easy difficulty.
Method :
Run through the level as normal , however every time you see a large tube with a creature(Crawler) inside shoot the Tube until the creature comes out but DO NOT KILL IT but rather jump over it. There are 3 in the level and you must not kill any of them to get the achievement. Just keep running and jumping over them. Even if they kill you , just keep moving forward. You have 40 lives thanks to the code above so this should not be an issue. After the 3rd and last one just before the boss the Achievement will unlock.
