This is a very annoying Achievement. The way I finally managed to get the achievement was to follow this process :
Complete the game on Normal difficulty to unlock the Music test option.
Now go to options and Music Test.
Play all tracks for about 7 minutes each to make sure they've fully played cause they're in a loop.
Some of the tracks even go Silent , but dont let that fool you , leave each track for the 7 minutes to make sure its completed before moving on to the next track.

Can anyone confirm if It is needed to listen the sound test tracks too or just the music test tracks. I've listened all the music test tracks for 7minutes and the achievement is still locked

Very annoying achievement but I finally unlocked it. I've to play more than once every track for about 10 minutes... Not necessary to do it in a row. Be patient and cross fingers...
