Enter at the title screen :
40 Lives (Starts you with 40 lives)
Left,Left,Right,Right,Up,Down,Down,Up,Down RB,RB,RB (Lock,Lock,Lock)
Level Select (Choose your starting level)
X,RB,RB,Y,Up,Right,Down,Left,Up,Right,Down,Left
Enter during the Game in the Pause Menu (Push Start during Gameplay)
Weapon Select (Lets you choose any weapon)
Right,RB,Left,RB,Up,X,Up,X,Y
When prompted which level start on Level 7 , then choose Easy difficulty.
Method :
When you get to the final section of Level 7 before the final boss you will enter a purple elevator. Near the top of the elevator a creature (Tongue Climber) will grab the bottom of the elevator. Do not shoot the creature. A few seconds later and 2 more will also grab the bottom of the elevator.
On easy difficulty the Tongue climbers dont attack at all. Just leave all 3 tongue climbers on the elevator until they automatically fall of which will then unlock the achievement. The only way to make them fall off is to shoot them so just avoid this.
