For those who don't wish to do this the legit way...
40 Lives Code
On the title screen, enter:
Left, Left, Right, Right, Up, Down, Down, Up, Down, RB, RB, RB.
Level Select:
On the title screen, enter:
X, RB, RB, Y, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left.
You'll know he codes work when 1) you hear a chime for the 40 lives code, and 2) you will see at the top of the screen you can select the level you want.
After that, select a save file slot and make your character and then set the difficulty for HARD.
I tried just using he 40 lives code and started from the beginning, made it to Level 6 and died; when I tried to continue, I only had 3 lives to start with. So, I quit out and put in the 2 codes I listed above and made a fresh file and started on level 7.
If you wish to go for this without the codes, more power to you.
