On the PC Version you could level select the last stage and just play the last stage without dying to get this Achievement. On console you have to play through the whole game to get the Achievement.

DO NOT USE ANY CODES FOR THIS RUN as it disables the Achievement

The easiest way to accomplish this is using the following method :

Firstly you need to pass the first level without dying. This creates a save point.

Now if you die at any point push START and then select QUIT. Now push CONTINUE and you will start at the last save point while having no deaths recorded up to that point. Keep doing this until the end of the game which will record you not dying at any point thanks to these save points.

The following stages dont have a Mid stage save Point : Stage 1 , Stage 2 , Stage 4 , Stage 5

The following stages do have a save half way through the stage : Stage 3 , Stage 6 , Stage 7

I should also just state you need to be able to pass each stage or half stage without dying but atleast not have to clear the whole game in one go with no deaths.
