For this achievement you will need gold bordered cards equipped to 4 of your characters in all four of their slots.
Once you have it all equipped, go to the Training Mixed mini quest and exit to the yellow square when the first round starts.
You should not have too much trouble finding the equipment you need. I've only played on casual up to Main Quest 8 and completing no side quests
