You will almost certainly obtain this achievement naturally while playing through all the missions available.
One mission in particular requires you to kill 30 enemies just in order to 'draw out' the mission boss, and there's plenty of leftover enemies even before the mission boss and his entourage.
If needed, pay attention to which missions have a lot of enemies and return with a different party and replay the mission; having one of the spellcasters with the big-damage-area staves can help tremendously.
