Incase anyone was wondering how to do this like me, all you need to do is go to time attack mode, and press start, and scroll down to Watch Replay. You can toggle this to the "Hike Master" and watch their ghost complete the course. Once their ghost is finished, the achievement should pop. Can be done on any course.
