Note: For this achievement to pop, you must collect all secrets in one game run. They do not stack across multiple attempts. Therefore, you are better off going for this achievement while simultaneously going for the 'Good Ending' achievements (either with continues, or without). Also, the achievement will not pop until the game is completed, although you'll collect the final item midway through the final level.
