I still think that there are at least 3 playthroughs, for different endings (even a good and ideal ending does not count as one wound, everything must be completed separately), unless, of course, you use some kind of fraud with saves.

And also advice for passing without dying, if you died at some level, just go to the menu, since saving occurs only after Continue or after completing the level, respectively, if you die and see that there is one life left, then go to the menu and click continue and you are thrown in front of the level where you died and replay this level without losing anything!
(Without this feature the trophy would have been 8, I think) Dying in this game is very easy, and since after death you lose Powerups, each subsequent attempt is more difficult.
