How to unlock the Chatterfox achievement in Super Lucky's Tale - Definitive Guide

Once you’ve completed the first level ‘Heavy Heads’ in the Sky Castle world, new characters and objects will spawn into the world. Once you’ve got control of Lucky, talk to the second little guy to your left.
He looks half asleep and when approached will have a speech bubble with “…” above his head. Press 
to talk to him and the achievement will unlock.
