How to unlock the A race against Time achievement in Super Meat Boy Forever - Definitive Guide
First you have to collect 50 pacifiers.
Once it's done you have to play in world 5 (The other side), and you will randomly meet Brownie in a cinematic. (when starting a level)
Now you "just" have yo beat him at the race, but you will need to almost do a perfect run! (Look at his moves if he's too faster than you)
You can grab few seconds at the end whit projectors, he's not faster than you can be if you play good at this moment.
Here is my run bellow this.
Good luck! And stay calm! x)

To unlock you need:
- Collect 50 pacifiers
- In World 5: The Other Side there will be a random chance to start a level with a race against time that you need to win.
In one playthrough, a maximum of 30 dummies are available, scattered in both light and dark worlds. To make it easier, collect dummies on NG+ only in light worlds and run NG+ all the time until you collect the required number of dummies.
When you have collected 50 dummies, when you select any level in world 5, there will be a 100% chance to start the race. If you haven’t finished the level and go to the menu, then to start the race again you need to collect the dummy and start any level in world 5 again.
