Super Meat Boy Forever

You have to simply beat 1 warp zone challenge to obtain this.
Here’s what they each mean and what you need to do

High Score or Insurance Fraud
As Meat Boy, Bandage Girl or Dr. Fetus, in the Chipper Grove warp zone, you must obtain a score above 43,000 (destroy the slugger before timer hits 8 seconds).

Toasty:
In the Clinic warp zone, obtain 3 successful fatalities against Larries Lament and get the Flawless Victory. Can be tricky but it works.

Bullcharge:
In Tetanusville’s warp zone, you must KO C.H.A.D. But with a catch. In the third round, for an attack, he throws 2 rocks (dodge them or instantly die) then charges at you. On the charge, you need to punch him before he lands the attack. He will instantly fall.

BZZT:
In The Lab warp zone, you must defeat Dr fetus with the mega bandage bullets. Probably the easiest one with some memory. If he jumps high, he throws 3 saws. If he jumps a good range he’ll throw 2, and if he slightly jumps. 1.

Backwards:
In The Other Side warp zone, you need to beat the F-Zero track backwards and in 55.4 seconds or less. Hardest one for sure.
