In order for one to achieve this you must get an A+ for the light world levels, complete the dark worlds, and collect all bandages. Find and complete all warp zones in chapters 1-6 and here is where you can find all the bandages and warp zones.

All you have to do it get to a character select screen and while in the character selection screen press RB, RB, RB, B, B, B, X, then pick any character to become Brownie"(nemesiscw). As you can see i did not find this myself out all credit goes to nemesiscw on youtube but i thought this might be a nice little tidbit of information.

There's conflicting reports on if The Cotton Alley counts towards this. I didn't have to clear it, but that might have been because of the save bug boosting my percentage. Someone else I've talked to said this didn't pop until they'd cleared the Cotton Alley dark world.
Also, there's an extra bandage on 7-12X that's pretty easy to get, if you're having trouble getting one of the other ones.

Cotton alley is iffy at the moment with all the save glitches and what not but it is different for everyone for an example i got the Suffragette (Secret Achievement) – 10g for beating cotton alley but i only got to 7-19 when it popped for me.

I have an alternate solution which makes getting this achievement EXTREMELY easy.
Be warned, this DOES exploit a glitch which was patched, so you will not get this achievement the 'legitimate' way (or have a date-stamp on your achievement-earned stats). However, it WILL still pop the achievement, so if you can't bear to do the dark Chapter in the last couple of Chapters, this will get you it.

*NOTE* YOU MUST DO THIS ALL IN ONE SITTING, OR WITHOUT EXITING THE GAME, OR TURNING OFF YOUR XBOX.
First, go to your hard drive's settings, and delete the system cache. To do this, go to System Settings, select your hard drive, press Y for the "Device Options" and then select "Clear System Cache". A menu question will pop up. Select Yes.
If you wish to save your current save file for future use, transfer it to a Memory Unit, Flash Stick/Flash Drive, or a second Hard Drive.
Go to Super Meat Boy after the system cache has been removed. If you are connected to Xbox Live, it will disconnect you, and ask you to update. DO NOT ACCEPT THE UPDATE. Select "No". It will sign you out of Xbox Live, but your profile will still be signed in.
If you do not have a save file, or are starting this game anew, or have transferred your save file over, you should now basically be right at the beginning of Super Meat Boy.
Complete Chapter 1's light and dark Chapters, however DO NOT collect that bandage on Level 1-4 (4th level of the light Chapter in Chapter 1), and DO NOT go into or activate the warp zone on Level 1-5 (5th level of the light Chapter in Chapter 1).
Once you have completed all levels of Chapter 1, in both light and dark Chapters, and including the light Chapter boss, go to Level 1-5 (light Chapter), and go into the warp zone. In the first level of the warp zone, there is a bandage. Collect the bandage, and whilst having collected the bandage, complete level 1 of the warp zone. In level 2 of the warp zone, lose all your lives, so you go back to the map. This will trigger the glitch, as you've collected a bandage, but it's not registered it.
Now, go back one level to Level 1-4 (light Chapter). Start collecting the bandage and finishing the level. At the end of the level, Press Y to replay level. Keep doing this. Do this 180 times. Your percentage for Chapter 1 (The Forest), dependant on how many A+ rankings you've achieved, should be about 320%.
Now, whilst the glitch is still activated, clear Chapter 2's light Chapter, except for the boss. DO NOT COLLECT THE BANDAGE ON 2-2 (One Down). When you have completed all light Chapter levels in Chapter 2, return to 2-2 (One Down). Play the level, collect the bandage, reach the end of the level, and press Y to replay the level. Keep doing this until the achievement pops. It should take 70-100 plays with collecting the bandage, and if you're fast enough, each run should be done in 6-7 seconds.
The achievement will pop whilst you are replaying this level.
Whilst doing this achievement, if you have not got them, the achievements for the following achievements will also unlock: I hope this helps. If voting negatively, please say why.
Follow this method exactly, and you should have no problems.

You can check your completion percentage on the Main Menu by going to Statistics.
Tips: You will need a lot of patience for this very difficult achievement. Unlocking characters also helps for some levels. The characters I found myself mostly using was Meat Boy(obviously), The Kid, and Tim. I would recommend to get the bandage and A+ on separate runs.
*For the last world(Cotton Alley) on level 7-12X there is a bandage that is technically a glitch. The bandage is not counted in the game and can result in you having 101 bandages. Since getting this bandage can result in you having having higher than 100% completion you can get this bandage and not do 5 Dark World levels in the Cotton Alley.

Worked for me as well. I completed everything else 100% before finishing cotton alley. I had not gotten A+ on lvl 20 nor had I beaten 3 of the dark world levels yet when the achievement popped.
Still went back and finished the last of Cotton Alley...I knew in my heart that I was not truly a golden god.

I can't take credit for this solution - this was written by AX1LO over on the TrueAchievements (xbox) side of things. However, this guide is 100% accurate for the PS4 version of the game as well - I used it as a checklist and verified as I went along. I am copying the guide here so we have a good solution on the PS4 side as well. I made minor edits to account for differences in the PS4 version.
NOTE: AX1LO mentions that Cotton Alley must be completed in Light & Dark world to unlock this trophy, however, there are reports of some players unlocking the trophy early. I personally unlocked the trophy when I had 5 levels unfinished - those were levels 14x-19x in Cotton Alley Dark World. It is currently unknown why this may occur. I finished 2 glitch levels, but I'm not sure if that matters at all. When going for this, you should assume that all dark world levels must be completed until it's verified otherwise.

Didn't pop till after the 100th bandage for me. So must get all bandages. 104% total. 2 lvls left in cotton alley and 2 in the end.

Each chapter has its own completion percentage, which can be increased by clearing both Light and Dark levels, defeating all bosses, getting all Bandages and clearing all Warp Zones. Since you need to clear Dark levels, you will also need to unlock them by getting A+ on the respective Light levels (A+ rank is awarded by clearing a level in a set amount of time that the game shows you in the level selection screen or during replays). Another thing to keep in mind is that when you collect a Bandage, you need to finish the level it was in before you can claim it.
The trophy is supposed to pop when you have 100% in all 7 chapters, however for some reason you are allowed to skip a few things and it will still pop. I recommend skipping the last 4 Dark levels of Chapter 6, which means you won’t need to A+ the respective Light levels, and make sure you do all other things I have listed above for the trophy to pop.
