This is fairly straightforward. On the play menu, go to Elimination and pick standard. Choose whichever team (and ego) you like.

I recommend chasing the series length to 3 games as this will speed things up. You'll only have to win two games to sweep your opponent so you can finish the tournament in 8 games instead of 12 or 16.
