- Play!
- Customize
- Teams
- Edit any Team or Add Team (whichever you prefer)
- Player editor
- Using the LEFT THUMBSTICK navigate to POW, CON, SPD, FLD, ARM of the first player and use the RIGHT THUMBSTICK to increase every stat to 99
- Once you have one player’s stats to 99 the achievement will pop

This is not working for me I don’t see the option to edit stats, only appearances and etc

There are 2 views, Cards View and Ability View. You have to press RT to Change View to Ability Editor (top right). Then use the LEFT THUMBSTICK to move right to the stats and adjust them.
